Arthur Whitney Array Languages

Array processing languages developed by Arthur Whitney and commercialized by KX Systems. K is the language that serves as the foundation of kdb+, an in-memory, column-based database, and Q is a related array processing language by the same author that is also sold by KX Systems, and both are used in financial products. Both are proprietary products of KX Systems, and the database built on K is sold alongside them as a financial product.
