Maze and Network Generation Algorithms

Algorithms that create a maze or a network automatically, following rules that control its shape. Maze generation algorithms are automated methods for creating mazes, and the Xulvi-Brunet and Sokolov algorithm generates networks with chosen degree correlations by rewiring links, so that one parameter moves the result from random to perfectly assortative or disassortative while the degree distribution stays unchanged. An algorithm belongs here when its cited article describes generating a maze or a network with required properties. It excludes algorithms that traverse or measure a graph that already exists.
