George Sadowsky

George Sadowsky is an American computer scientist known for decades of work promoting the spread of the internet worldwide, particularly in developing countries, where he helped bring internet access, make it more affordable, or change legislation to limit government control and regulation of it. He was inducted into the Internet Hall of Fame as a Global Connector in 2013 and received the Jonathan B. Postel award at IETF meeting 115 in 2022.
