Jeffrey S. Rosenschein is the Sam and Will Strauss Professor of Computer Science at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, recognized for his work in artificial intelligence and multiagent systems. With Gilad Zlotkin he co-authored the book Rules of Encounter: Designing Conventions for Automated Negotiation Among Computers, published by MIT Press in 1994, work that received the IFAAMAS Influential Paper Award in 2007 and again in 2026.
