Jensen Huang

Jensen Huang is a Taiwanese-American business executive and electrical engineer, born February 17, 1963, in Taipei, Taiwan, who co-founded Nvidia in 1993 with Chris Malachowsky and Curtis Priem and has served as its president and CEO since. Before founding Nvidia he worked as a microchip designer at AMD and LSI Logic, contributing to graphics accelerator development. He led Nvidia from near-bankruptcy in the 1990s through its growth into one of the world's most valuable companies, driven substantially by graphics processing units later applied to artificial intelligence computation. Huang earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Oregon State University in 1984 and a master's degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University in 1992.
