Noshir S. Contractor is an Indian-American network scientist who is the Jane S. and William J. White Professor of Behavioral Sciences at Northwestern University, holding appointments in the McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science, the School of Communication, and the Kellogg School of Management, and director of the Science of Networks in Communities Research Group. He is a former president of the International Communication Association and the current executive director of the Web Science Trust.
