Dmitry Vladimirovich Burkov (born April 12, 1960) is one of the Internet industry pioneers in Russia. He is chairman of the board of the Foundation for Assistance for Internet Technologies and Infrastructure Development and one of the originators of the Eurasia Network Operators' Group.
