Johan Helsingius, known as Julf, born in 1961 in Helsinki, Finland, is a Finnish internet entrepreneur and system administrator who started and ran anon.penet.fi, an early and influential anonymous remailer service that let internet users send email and post to newsgroups without revealing their identity.
