Jerre Noe (February 1, 1923 to November 12, 2005) was an American computer scientist who in the 1950s led the technical team for the ERMA project, Bank of America's first venture into computerized banking. In 1968 he became the first chair of the University of Washington's Computer Science Group, which later evolved into the Computer Science and Engineering Department.
