Winifred Mitchell Baker is an American businesswoman and a former chairwoman of the Mozilla Foundation and chief executive officer of the Mozilla Corporation, the subsidiary that coordinates development of the open source Mozilla Internet applications, including the Mozilla Firefox web browser. She sat on both the Mozilla Foundation and Mozilla Corporation boards of directors and was included in Time magazine's 2005 list of the 100 most influential people in the world. She stepped down as CEO in February 2024 and left Mozilla altogether in 2025.
