All Strong and Network Copyleft Licenses

Licenses that require any distributed work derived from the licensed program to be offered under the same terms, and in the network variants require the same for software offered as a service. It covers the GNU General Public License versions and the Server Side Public License. A license belongs here when the sharing obligation covers the whole combined or derived work. It excludes permissive and file-level copyleft licenses.
