Machine Learning Framework

A named framework whose primary job is building, training or running machine learning models, distinct from a general-purpose web or application framework. Belongs here: Keras, PyTorch and TensorFlow, each defined by the model-building and training capability it provides. Does not belong here: a general programming language used to write machine learning code, filed under the language type's own subcategories, and a single named learning algorithm, filed under the algorithm type's Machine Learning Algorithm subcategory rather than here.
