DOS Plus was the first operating system developed by the OEM Support Group of Digital Research in Newbury, Berkshire, first released in 1985. Version 1.0 combined CP/M-86 Plus with the PCMODE emulator from Concurrent PC DOS 4.11, an internationalized and bug-fixed version of Concurrent DOS 4.1 brought forward by Digital Research UK, while later 2.x releases were based on Concurrent PC DOS 5.0 instead; in the broader Digital Research product line, DOS Plus is an intermediate step between Concurrent CP/M-86 and DR-DOS.
