BSD/OS is a proprietary Unix operating system first released in 1993 as BSD/386, developed and sold by Berkeley Software Design, Inc. and designed as a Unix system for 386-based PCs. It was built from the Net/2 distribution of BSD, to which its own developers had previously contributed.
