GNO/ME, formally the GNO Multitasking Environment, is a Unix-like operating system for the Apple IIGS. Procyon Enterprises developed and sold it commercially from 1991 until August 1996, when it became freeware, and Devin Reade continued its development afterward, releasing version 2.0.6 on February 15, 1999.
