Chandrasekaran Mohan, known as C. Mohan, is an Indian-born American computer scientist, born August 3, 1955, in Tamil Nadu, India. He moved to the United States in 1977 for graduate studies and naturalized as a citizen in 2007. In June 2020 he retired as an IBM Fellow at the IBM Almaden Research Center in San Jose, California, after 38.5 years at IBM Research. He is currently a visiting professor at Tsinghua University in China. He received the SIGMOD Edgar F. Codd Innovations Award in 1996.
