Harvey G. Cragon (April 21, 1929 to September 7, 2018) was an American computer engineer who was the Ernest Cockrell Jr. Centennial Chair Emeritus at the Cockrell School of Engineering, University of Texas at Austin. He received the ACM-IEEE CS Eckert-Mauchly Award in 1986.
