Joyce Kathleen Reynolds was an American computer scientist who played a significant role in developing the protocols underlying the Internet. She authored or co-authored numerous Requests for Comments, including those establishing the Telnet, FTP and POP protocols, making her a foundational figure in the development of Internet infrastructure.
