Mihai Nadin is a scholar and researcher whose work spans electrical engineering, computer science, aesthetics, semiotics, human-computer interaction, computational design, post-industrial society and anticipatory systems, with more than 200 publications across these topics. He is professor emeritus of computer science and interactive media and former Ashbel Smith Professor in Interactive Arts, Technology, and Computer Science at the University of Texas at Dallas, where he also directed the Institute for Research in Anticipatory Systems.
