Subhasish Mitra

Subhasish Mitra is an American computer scientist and professor of electrical engineering and computer science at Stanford University, where he holds the William E. Ayer Professorship and directs the Stanford Robust Systems Group, known for research in robust computing, nanosystems and electronic design automation. He developed a test compression technology that improved semiconductor scan test cost by an order of magnitude, work that earned him Intel's highest corporate honor in 2004 during his earlier career there, and he earned his PhD from Stanford in 2000 under Edward J. McCluskey.
