All Web Scripting Languages

Scripting languages made to build web pages and web applications on the server. PHP is a general-purpose scripting language geared towards web development, created by Rasmus Lerdorf in 1993 and released in 1995, and ColdFusion, created by J. J. Allaire in 1995, was designed to make it easier to connect simple HTML pages to a database. Both run on the server, where the program is executed before the page is sent to the browser.
