MiNT is a free software operating system kernel for the Atari ST series, offering a partially preemptive multi-tasking alternative to TOS and MagiC with some memory protection. Together with the free system components fVDI, XaAES and TeraDesk, it provides a free, TOS-compatible replacement operating system that can multitask a subset of Atari ST applications.
