Mobile Computing

Networks

Mobile computing is human-computer interaction in which a computer is expected to be transported during normal use and to allow the transmission of data, including voice and video. It involves mobile communication, mobile hardware and mobile software: communication covers ad hoc and infrastructure networks along with communication properties, protocols, data formats and concrete technologies; hardware covers mobile devices and their components; and mobile software addresses the characteristics and requirements of applications built for mobile use.
