Raj Jain

Raj Jain is an Indian-American computer scientist and the Barbara H. and Jerome R. Cox Jr. Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at Washington University in St Louis. He is known for contributions to computer networking, particularly congestion control, performance analysis and traffic modeling, and is a co-inventor of the DECbit congestion avoidance scheme. He received the ACM SIGCOMM Award in 2017.
